**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and rapid learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Acacia Ridge, 4110 QLD. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday
- Friday, 8:00am
- 4:30pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include: **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain strong relationships with internal vendor and stock management teams, handling queries with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
- Act as the primary contact between the branch and national teams for operational inquiries.
- Oversee asset quality control, ensuring accurate advertisements and high-quality photographs.
- Coordinate asset rectifications, liaising with preparation teams and suppliers to ensure exceptional repair quality.
- Manage stock control processes, including reporting, stock takes, reconciliation, and assisting with operational tasks as needed.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Current Valid Manual Drivers License **(essential)**:

- Forklift License **(essential)**:

- Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and able to work well in a team.
- Strong ability to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn our user-friendly auction system.
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S; regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
