**Location**: Acacia Ridge (Hybrid work available) **Contract Length**: 2 weeks (38 hours per week), with potential for extension

We are seeking a **resilient and results-driven Telemarketer/Appointment Setter** to join our team for a short-term contract role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, particularly within the **HR** and **Recruitment industries**. As our sole telemarketer, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment and HR services across three essential functions**:labour hire and temp recruitment**, **permanent recruitment**, and **HR services**.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Objection Handling**: Use your communication skills to handle objections positively, turning challenges into opportunities to build strong relationships.
- **Resilience & Persistence**: Be prepared to face rejection and bounce back quickly, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in achieving your goals.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage appointments for our team across various recruitment functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- **Administrative Support**: Log and track all appointment information accurately, ensuring seamless communication within the team.

What We're Looking For:

- **Proven Experience**: 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting, especially within the **HR** or **Recruitment** industry.
- **Resilience & Confidence**: You’ll be handling cold calls and objections, so a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to manage rejection are key.
- **Self-motivated & Independent**: As the **only telemarketer** in the team, you’ll work independently, taking ownership of your goals and managing your workflow with mínimal supervision.
- **Office Availability**: You must be able to attend the Acacia Ridge office for training and may be required to work hybrid, splitting time between the office and remote work.
- **Location**: Must be able to commute to Acacia Ridge, QLD for in-office training and potentially some office-based days.
