- A passion for swimming and teaching
- Previous experience in swim instruction (newly qualified teachers accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with swimmers of all ages and abilities Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current CPR
- WWCC
- NDISWC (All applicants will need to apply for an NDISWC once they have accepted a position to teach with us) About Rainbow Club: Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 4000+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
