Warehouse Coordinator (Chinese Speaking) (Archerfield)

We are a growing Asian food importer and distributor located in Archerfield, QLD. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our warehouse to work in a variety and autonomy in a busy and often demanding work environment.

Your duties:

- Ensure the warehouse operation runs smoothly under the instruction of your supervisors
- Assist your supervisors in overall work coordination in the department and with other departments
- Work as a back-up for dispatch function
- Perform stock take and cycle count duties
- Check prepared orders against picking slips and ensure the right products are prepared for deliveries
- Load and unload vehicle and container when required
- Complete orders by selecting goods from shelves and checking them off appropriate lists
- Receive goods by checking goods carefully against delivery dockets
- Document and report any damages and/or discrepancies in goods to the Warehouse Coordinator/Director
- Catalogue or label items with storage details
- Handle returned and damaged goods as per company’s policy
- Operate forklift machinery according to the company’s safe operations guidelines
- Maintain allocated forklift and other Company’s assets in your care
- Housekeep the storage areas as scheduled
- Adhere to OH&S; rules and regulations in the company’s OH&S; policy
- Ensure high level pick & pack accuracy rate with attention to detail and minimising pick errors.
- Perform other duties which may fall outside of your normal duties when required or if instructed by the Warehouse Coordinator/Director
