The Role:
Due to an upcoming retirement, our Pallet team based at our Head Office in Acacia Ridge has an opening for a Pallet Controller.
A role ideally suited to a highly motivated and organised individual who enjoys the pallet space and working with various stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Manage all pallet movements in and out of depots including internal transfers.
Reconciliation of Chep and Loscam invoices.
Pallet data entry and tracking exchanges in 2ic.
Follow up on unprocessed transfers and IOU balances & investigate any missing pallets.
Assist in stocktakes of all pallet types.
Handling de-hire and any issues that arise.
Provide staff training on pallet procedures when required.
About you:
Within the role, you will liaise and guide multiple people so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
We anticipate you will also be able to demonstrate:
Experience within pallet control coupled with a solid working knowledge of 2ic Software, Chep and Loscam systems.
Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing objectives.
Willingness to persevere with challenging tasks.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office suite.
