Location: Acacia Ridge, Brisbane Position: Full-Time (Onsite) What We’re Looking For
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
- NDIS administration experience is required
- Mental health sector administration experience is highly regarded
- Experience handling rostering, onboarding, compliance, and client documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ShiftCare, or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with support workers, participants, and management teams What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation
- Coordinating schedules, emails, and staff communication
- Maintaining accurate participant and staff records
