Warehouse Assistant (Archerfield)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team where your contributions will be highly valued. This role is for an immediate start! Casual Award Rates paid: $28-$35 per hour Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work if required. Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is essential.
- Minimum Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of warehouse experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment safely. Must be able to lift weights up to 25kg as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic health and safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Licenses: Both forklift and car licenses are required at the time of application. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and correct quantities and ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate and efficient management of stock levels, including receiving, and labelling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely & efficient completion of tasks.
