Customer Service Representative (Acacia Ridge)

National Auto Glass Supplies is Australia and Recent Zealand’s premier importer and wholesaler of automotive glass products. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative, working out of our distribution centre in Acacia Ridge, QLD. Role Overview As our Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by fulfilling customer needs and attending to customer queries via phone, email or face-to-face. Key Accountabilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
- Interacting in a polite and positive manner with customers face-to-face
- Processing orders, invoices and payments
- Resolving customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a customer service representative Team Leader
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive 'can do' attitude
