About The Role As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
