- Building Infrastructure in Darwin to lead our building assets, capital works program, and infrastructure maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

Manage the building and Infrastructure business unit.

Lead the planning, delivery, and handover of capital works projects.

Oversee asset management, lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation.

Manage budgets, reporting, contract compliance, and WHS obligations.

Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team.

Build solid relationships with contractors, regulators, and community stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields.

Robust experience in building or infrastructure project management and asset management.

Proven leadership capability and stakeholder engagement skills.

Contract management experience and excellent communication skills.

A current C Class manual driver's licence.

Desirable: NT White Card, cross‑cultural capability, and experience working in remote First Nations communities.
