Inclusion Support & Wellbeing Coordinator (Primary) Seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to support students with a range of needs within the College. Responsibilities Collaborate with students, teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individual learning plans and goals. Lead the Primary Inclusion Team while maintaining a small teaching load. Begin work in Term3 (negotiable) on a 6‐month contract, with a potential extension in**** and the possibility of a permanent teaching role. Work in a co‐educational day school transitioning to Year12. Support students in a regional setting approximately 3 hours south of Darwin in the NT's fourth largest settlement.
