A Personal Banking Advisor assists customers with opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac’s products and services. The role is customer‑focused, building robust relationships to deliver a positive banking experience. What do I need?
- Thrives in energetic, quick‑paced environments with a variety of daily tasks.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
- Solid communication skills and excellent time management.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally. Shifts will be 3 days a week from 9:15am – 3pm. No banking experience? No problem.
