Hardware & Network Technician (Adelaide)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **IT Network Engineer** in Adelaide to support our ticket-based onsite activities. The role involves the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of networking devices such as **routers, switches, access points, and related IT equipment**.

You will be working in coordination with our remote team, who will handle the configuration, while your responsibility will be the onsite physical installation and basic troubleshooting. This is a versatile freelance opportunity ideal for professionals looking to take on ad-hoc assignments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform onsite installation and replacement of networking devices (routers, switches, APs, servers, etc.).
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the remote support team.
- Coordinate with the remote team for device configuration.
- Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and device setup.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, and other IT/Network devices.
- Basic troubleshooting and hardware replacement skills.
- Ability to follow instructions from a remote technical team.
- Availability to attend onsite visits on a ticket basis.

**Compensation**:

- Ticket-based / Hourly
- To be discussed based on assignment scope.
