This is a **12-month contract opportunity**, with multiple roles available across our collaborative Claims teams. Start date for this role is **Monday 28th July 2025**.

As a **Claims Manager**, you’ll be the first point of contact for landlords navigating property damage, tenant issues or financial loss. You’ll support them through every stage of their claim
- ensuring the process is smooth, fair, and handled with care.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Manage Claims End-to-End**: Own a portfolio of claims, providing clear, timely updates and outcomes.
- **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Be the calm voice and trusted advisor for customers during often stressful times.
- **Liaise Across Teams**: Work closely with assessors, trades, internal departments, and external partners to get the best outcomes.
- **Champion Continuous Improvement**: Bring ideas and feedback to the table
