Shared Services SA is a branch within the Department of Treasury and Finance. It delivers corporate and business services to a range of SA Government agencies and improves the delivery of internal administrative services by developing simpler, faster, more robust, and efficient processes and systems.
**About the opportunity**: The Claims Case Manager is accountable to the Team Leader Claims and responsible for the management of a workers compensation claim portfolio for DTF Work Injury Services client agencies in accordance with the relevant legislation, regulations, government policies and performance standards.
The role provides expert advisory, consultancy and training services to client agency business unit managers, supervisors and client agencies in relation to all aspects of workers compensation claims management and administration.
**About you**
Work Injury Services is seeking applicants with the following attributes:
- Extensive experience in managing workers compensation claims in accordance with the _Return to Work Act 2014_.
- Proven team focus with an emphasis on creating and maintaining positive group dynamics and the ability to provide support to injury management staff.
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with clients and provide a high level of customer service.
- High level communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a broad range of key stakeholders.
- Ability to determine priorities and meet strict deadlines.
