- **NAB are looking for multiple Proprietary Lending Region Executives to join our teams across Australia!**

**In this Proprietary Lending Region Executive role, you will**:

- Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy!
- Build & leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business unit goals.
- Be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management, and recruitment.
- Role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving solid & consistent results.
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management.
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities and implement complex strategic plans.
