Based in Regency Park, they are currently in search of a dedicated Business Administration Trainee to join their dynamic team and provide customer service support and administration support to the Branch.

**Duties may include**:

- Balance deposits in EFTPOS and SAP daily
- Filing delivery dockets for Proof of Delivery
- Provide administration support for Branch Coordinator and Internal Sales Representatives
- Manage Online orders.
- Manage branch transfers
- Manage Freight bookings for the branch
- Assist in answering inbound calls and greet walk-in customers
- Provide Customers with quotes and pricing
- Obtain pricing for products from suppliers when required

**About You**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and strong administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
