Required Documents 1. Your up-to-date CV. 2. If you were employed or studied at Flinders in the past, have your FAN number ready. 3. The name of the college that invited you to apply. 4. Photographic evidence of your Date of Birth, Driver's license, proof of age card, or passport. 5. Evidence of your working rights. If Australian, provide an Australian birth certificate or citizenship certificate. If international, provide passport and Visa IMMI grant notification. Note: If you hold an Australian passport, upload photographic evidence of your Date of Birth and Working rights. 6. Document evidencing any name change, if applicable. 7. Working With Children Check (WWCC) if applicable. You should be notified by the topic coordinator or hiring manager if your position requires it. 8. Evidence of professional registrations, qualifications, licenses, or trades, if any. 9. Banking and Emergency Contact Details form. 10. Tax file number declaration. You can complete this online by logging into your MyGov account or creating a recent account. Access the Australian Taxation Office linked service, click on the Employment tab, and select ‘New Employment’. Enter Flinders University ABN , click the search icon, and opt-in to include your super details to avoid delays in processing your superannuation contributions. Click ‘Start’ to complete the form.
