We are hiring for an additional senior leadership role, supporting the State Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager, in the key SA office lead role; as Executive State Manager. This is an amazing prospect to work with one of Australia's most trusted and well-known organisations & brands. what's available You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small business team of 15-20 BDMs & territory managers, working closely with our highly experienced current State Sales Manager & Territory Sales Manager, and responsible for all core account management and administration requirements. what's in it for you
- $105k-$110k inc Super base package
- $20k-$30k annual bonus
- $140k OTE projected about you This is an exciting opportunity for experienced field sales and business-to-business sales managers and people leaders that possess the following:
- Previous experience in business to business and field sales management is essential
- HIGHEST of high-level administration, people-management, sales-training and technology skillset is essential who will you be working for?
