**About the Role**: As the Retail Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the retail division. Your key responsibilities include:

- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop your team through effective onboarding and continuous training.
- Customer Focus: Drive the customer loyalty program and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee stock management, merchandising, and roster management, ensuring the store runs efficiently.
- Recruitment and Development: Actively drive in-store recruitment and build a team that reflects our commitment to customer care.

**About You**: We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

- Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail and people management, with a focus on team building.

- Results-Driven: Experience with budgets, wages, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance Ready: Current police check or willingness to obtain one.
