Description
**Description**: We're looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with our HR Talent Advisor and execute innovative talent strategies for specific segments and functions, addressing key business priorities. In this role, you'll partner with Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services, and HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to drive and implement transformative talent initiatives within our global HR operating model. Your agile support will extend beyond our primary organisation as needed, fostering individual capability development and disseminating best practices to achieve objectives and promote continuous improvement within the function.

**The Role**
- Execute talent strategy and workforce plans with HR Talent Advisor and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Regional HR Delivery, Global HR Services, and HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) for seamless colleague experience.
- Identify and correct high-turnover situations with Talent Advisor and COEs.
- Support organisational re-design/re-structure, including change management and communications.
- Plan and execute workforce reduction actions with business leaders to achieve synergy savings.
- Promote inclusion and diversity in all HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with managers and Recruitment on workforce plans, approvals, and validation of open requisitions.
- Partner with Talent Advisor, Legal, and COEs to execute Total Reward programs, including global mobility, retention requests, FLSA, complex offers, and offboarding benefits.
- Support annual compensation review process and validate HR Cloud data.
- Assist leaders and managers in compensation and level determination.
- Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits teams for data and advice on Total Rewards competitiveness.
- Manage HR data validity, educate on systems, and support data reviews.
- Partner with Talent Advisor and Talent, Development, and Engagement COE for Talent initiatives.
- Champion the performance review process with Talent Advisor and business leaders, including training and communication.
- Act as a resource for leaders to ensure timely year-end performance review meetings.
- Guide on learning solutions to support enterprise and business strategies and colleague growth.
- Provide data-driven talent and workforce planning insights to guide business strategies.
- Understand financial performance and support HR reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver HR services and project initiatives.
- Ensure HR activities comply with company practices and applicable laws, including during mergers and acquisitions.

**Qualifications**: **The Requirements**
- The ability to support organisational design and implementation.
- Experience providing insight into workforce planning, pipeline development, retention, and engagement.
- Knowledge of total rewards alignment.
- Experience using reporting and analytics to provide insight into talent metrics for client area.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting change leadership.
- A strong communicator that can effectively share and gather information through internal networks and relationship building.
- Manage attrition, diversity ratios, and pay/performance metrics.
- Proven ability to navigate a complex organisation, establish trusting relationships and influence without formal authority.
- Considerable experience in multiple HR domains, program management, change leadership and effective communications.
- Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, with passion for client management.
- Business and organisation acumen, ability to work independently, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Learning agility, creativity, assertive approach to problem solving.
- Highly skilled in the assessment of data.
- Drive for results.
