Position Summary:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and recent customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
