**What you'll do**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing workflows, facilities, and supplies.
- Manage office budget and ensure efficient spending.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Be the point of contact for vendors, deliveries, and visitors.
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment.
- Provide support to C-suite leaders with scheduling, expenses and travel.
**What you'll bring**:
- 3+ years of experience in office management.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
