About The Division The Strategy and Performance Division promotes the value of education in South Australia and plays a key role in improving the public education system. It leads system-wide strategy, manages strategic risks, provides data-driven insights, and supports schools and preschools. About The Role This International Business Development Officer is responsible for product growth and services offered by South Australian Government Schools (SAGS) to meet changing customer needs. The role involves researching, developing, reviewing international programs and business opportunities, providing expert advice to stakeholders, and contributing to business development and market sustainability plans in line with International Education Services (IES) business needs and departmental policies. Responsibilities
- Research, develop and review international programs and business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice to external and internal stakeholders on complex and specialised international student programs.
- Contribute to business development and market sustainability plans in line with IES business needs and departmental policies. Qualifications Essential : None. Desirable : A tertiary qualification in international business, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Benefits

Special Conditions The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to employment, which must be renewed every five years. The incumbent is also required to undertake the RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, to be updated every three years.
