Positions Available
We are currently seeking experienced: Structural Steel Erectors Riggers Leading Hands Dogmen Boilermakers / Welders Crane Operators
Both casual and full‑time positions available.
Pay rates will be assessed on applicants’ qualifications and experience. Excellent, competitive rates available to suitable applicants.
What We Offer Long‑term secure work with a consistent pipeline of projects Adelaide metro work, with some regional SA work Competitive rates based on experience and qualifications Plenty of overtime opportunities Family‑oriented business with a supportive tight‑knit crew Opportunity to work on major South Australian projects
Tickets & Qualifications Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Rigging White Card EWP Working at Heights recommended High‑Risk Work Licence recommended C6 / C1 / CO Crane Tickets are desirable, but not required
Skills & Experience Experience in structural steel erection or related industries Positive approach to workplace safety Reliable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well within a team environment Good communication skills Driver’s licence and reliable transport Own rigging and hand tools preferred
Leading Hand Applicants Proven experience leading structural steel erection crews Ability to read and interpret plans and coordinate site activities Solid organisational and communication skills Confidence managing workflow, safety and productivity on site Ability to lead by example and maintain high workmanship standards
