Marketing & Social Media Content Creator Adelaide

WE’RE HIRING!

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, working across Adelaide Property Fund (APF) and Adelaide Development Corporation (ADC) .

This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely understands social media, content, branding and digital marketing, not just scheduling posts, but helping shape how both brands show up online.

You’ll be involved in content planning, social media management, campaign support, copywriting, content coordination, reels / video direction, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Adelaide‑based is ideal, however we’re open to remote applicants across Australia for the right person.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in social media / digital marketing

Understands Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook + content strategy

Can write robust copy that feels natural and on‑brand

Is proactive, organised and can manage multiple moving parts

Has a creative eye and genuinely cares about positive content

Bonus if you’ve worked in property, development, investment or finance marketing

This role works across two very different but complementary brands, so adaptability is key.
