This pivotal role provides strategic leadership across the entire ELC to Year 12 community, ensuring alignment of academic, co‑curricular, and pastoral programs with the College’s vision and values. While the Deputy Principal influences whole‑of‑College strategy and culture, their direct operational responsibility is focused on the Torrens Park Campus (Years 7‑12). In this capacity, the role leads the growth and sustainability of an exceptional secondary education environment, with strategic and operational oversight of key areas of a broad and diverse College life. The ideal candidate will be a highly relational and visible leader, deeply engaged with students, staff, and the broader community. The appointee will bring robust executive experience, building on their demonstrable capacity as an outstanding educator.

The Organisation Scotch College Adelaide is an independent, coeducational day and boarding school for students in ELC – Year 12, located on two adjacent campuses in Torrens Park and Mitcham in the inner‑southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1919 and governed by an independent Council, Scotch has an enrolment of approximately 1,250 students and more than 250 permanent staff.
