Job Description We are seeking an experiencedLead Pega Developerto join our team in Sydney on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-gradePega-based solutions, playing a key role in building an integrated case management platform that drives critical business processes. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will combinedeep technical expertise with architectural oversight, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‐quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them intotechnical designs and specifications Design and develop applications usingPega PRPC and BPM platform Lead solution design, ensuring alignment withPega architecture and best practices Developreusable enterprise components, rules, and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple releases Conductcode reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning Oversee implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Pega applications Providetechnical leadership and guidanceto development teams Stay current withlatest Pega technologies and industry best practices Skills & Experience Extensive experience inPega development (PRPC)across the full lifecycle (design, build, deploy, test) Proven experience in anarchitectural or leadership rolewithin Pega projects Strong understanding ofcase management and workflow design Solid programming fundamentals inCore Java and Object‐Oriented Design Strong database experience, includingPL/SQL and performance tuning Front-end knowledge:HTML, JavaScript, CSS Experience withsystem integrationsusing SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, and listeners (MQ, JMS, File, Email) Strong experience working inAgile environments Excellentstakeholder engagement and communication skills Mandatory Certification Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA – P1) Additional Information NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time.
