Delivery Coordinator / Customer Relations Wayne Phillis Kia, one of Adelaide’s most awarded Kia dealerships, is seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. Due to an internal position change, we are currently looking for a New Car Vehicle Delivery Co‑ordinator to support our sales operations and enhance the customer experience from purchase through to delivery. This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in customer-facing positions, booking, service advisory roles, or customer relations who are looking to expand their career within the automotive industry. - Maintain timely and professional communication with customers awaiting delivery of their recent vehicle
- Coordinate and manage vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless delivery experience
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to support smooth operations
