Insurance Client Support / Broker Support Role (Adelaide)

Overview Experienced in insurance broking support and ready for more responsibility, stronger systems, and genuine team support? Role Summary This is a senior support role for someone who understands insurance broking and enjoys helping brokers, clients, and insurers keep work moving clearly and accurately. You will work closely with our Director and two senior brokers, with support from our administration team for routine processing, follow‑ups, and general admin tasks. Ideal Candidate
- Experienced broking support professional Key Responsibilities
- Assist with existing and new clients, supporting renewals, reviewing information, and liaising with clients and insurers.
- Help coordinate workflow and work across a portfolio with a strong financial lines component.
- Manage tasks within a team‑based broking model, ensuring client work is completed properly and on time. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of Insurance broking experience is required. Work Arrangement We are flexible on location depending on experience. Adelaide‑based candidates can work in a hybrid arrangement from our Linden Park office. For experienced interstate candidates, we are open to remote arrangements, including full‑time work from home for the right person. Full‑time is preferred, but we are open to part‑time candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between $85,000 and $120,000 plus super, depending on experience.
