**Join our Respiratory & Sleep Team as an Administration Assistant!**

**About the role**: Reporting to the Administration Manager as the Administration Assistant you will be providing administrative support to the Department of Respiratory Sleep Medicine & Ventilation Services, Laboratories and Outpatient Services Clinics. Some duties will include;
- Acting as a point of reference to patients, relatives, hospital staff, General Practitioners, and members of the public to assist in the smooth running of various Outpatient Clinics and the Respiratory Department,
- Supporting other staff within the division by assisting with administrative duties,
- Perform accurate and timely billing of Sleep Laboratory and Clinic visits,
- Working cooperatively with other members of the team.

**About you**:

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, prioritise work appropriately with limited supervision,
- Proven experience in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Applications and EPAS, Health Track and Sentry Suite,
- Implementation of new business systems and review processes,
- Must have working knowledge of EMR,
- Preferably highly organised.
