About The Role Due to internal promotions, we are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Hub Services Support team. Based in our Adelaide Head Office, the successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, providing reliable support to NCI employees across the business. Responsibilities This role delivers high-level administrative support to internal departments that service our clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and uploading client documentation
- Inputting and processing applications to underwriters
- Loading, processing, and monitoring client information
- Completing administrative tasks within set timeframes
- Providing administrative support to other internal teams as required This is a true administration role where attention to detail and accurate data entry are crucial. Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach when engaging with stakeholders are also key to success. This is a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) and offers a gateway to a fulfilling career at NCI and within the credit insurance industry. About You Our ideal candidate will have:
- One to two years (or more) of administration experience, ideally in an office or similar environment.
- A genuine interest in or prior experience within the financial services industry.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and a desire for a stable and rewarding administration career.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
