**About the Role**

As the Retail Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind store performance, leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, training, and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service goals.

Managing stock, merchandising, and rosters to ensure efficient operations.

Supporting in-store recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.

Promoting a positive, inclusive culture where both staff and customers thrive.

Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational standards are met consistently.

**About You**

You’re a confident leader who thrives on delivering results and inspiring others. You’ll bring: Proven retail or people management experience, ideally in a high-volume store.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

The ability to manage budgets, wages, and performance KPIs.

A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for excellent customer service.

A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.

Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector, or holding an S2/S3 medications certificate, will be highly regarded.
