About Our Role Our Adelaide based senior leaders need support! It’s a great time to join WGA and add immediate value, supporting our senior leaders and working collaboratively with our fantastic national admin team. We are seeking an experienced Executive Support professional to join our team in a critical support role. You’ll support key leaders and contribute to business delivery. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively anticipate challenges
- Discretion and confidentiality working with high‑level management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build strong relationships, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a clear, outcome‑oriented setting
- Previous experience in a PA/EA/administration/project support role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement
- in this role, you’ll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to regional managers, and you’ll be an ambassador for our Adelaide office
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems
- The ability to work collaboratively with the entire team.
