As our Office Assistant
You will be based in our Londsdale office, and are a crucial member of the team, supporting the team with general office duties, including being the first point of contact for our customers. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm.
This diverse role will include but is not limited to:
Sales and booking enquiries
Contract management (with Aged Care providers)
Data entry
Filing
Purchase orders
Scheduling
General admin duties
Support the business owner and broader team as required
You will bring:
Proven experience in office administration
Experience with trades & scheduling is an advantage
Experience with MyFlo, Ascora, ServiceM8 or similar CRM
Demonstrated commitment and reliability
Ability to remain calm and flexible in a quick-paced, ever-changing setting
Experience with Xero or other accounting software preferred (not essential)
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
Current Driver’s Licence & National Police Clearance
