Position Overview
Office Administrator / Receptionist on the Real Estate Team in Adelaide. Full‑time, permanent. Monday to Friday.
Supports day‑to‑day operations of facilities services and activities within an office: reception, mailroom and general facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Adelaide team to foster a welcoming and inclusive experience.
Support overall client experience including the physical workplace, technology and policies.
Manage daily operations: reception, mailroom, general facility operations and maintenance requests.
Proactively provide solutions to improve facilities services, activities and client experience.
Assist with building or suite access control and maintenance of a secure office.
Provide general office support: purchasing supplies, catering and event coordination.
Assist with facility Health, Safety, and Setting tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role.
A self‑starter who enjoys engaging with people and problem solving.
Excellent skills in Microsoft packages.
Exceptional organisational skills and approachable demeanour.
