Clay & Mineral is currently seeking an experienced Logistics and Transport Scheduler to join their dynamic operations team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer orders, stock movements, and driver allocations run seamlessly each day.

Located in Adelaide’s Northeastern Suburbs, this full-time chance offers the convenience of in office parking and the added bonus of avoiding the daily CBD commute. You’ll become part of a growing, supportive team setting that values collaboration, strong communication, and the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, coordinate, and manage daily transport schedules and delivery runs Monitor and adjust delivery schedules throughout the day to meet operational demands Liaise with subcontractors and allocate deliveries appropriately Plan truck loads based on customer priorities and deadlines Provide customers with updates on ETAs, schedule changes, delays, and priorities Build strong working relationships with drivers, transport partners, and internal sales teams•

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and coordinating deliveries, ideally within the transport or logistics industry. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail with strong multitasking ability Calm and solutions-focused approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to prioritise, organise, and adapt under pressure Confident using computer systems (Microsoft Suite, CRM Systems, Outlook)
