Target Business Services Location: 569 Salisbury Highway, Green Fields, SA **** Salary: $80,000 plus 12% superannuation Position: Full time, permanent Our client, Sri Sahasra Pty Ltd. operates a fuel store and a Convenience store. The client is focused on providing Australians, quality fuels at competitive prices whilst exceeding customers' expectations with exceptional service. The client is looking for highly motivated full time Retail Manager who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results to join the team in business. You will be responsible for complete management of the store with a focus on customer service, operational efficiency, cost control and growth and help drive the seamless execution and delivery of key business imperatives through our retail network. The managerial and administrative aspect of your role will encompass determining product mix, stock levels and service standards, selling goods, maintaining records of stock, financial transactions and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Minimum Requirements: -AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field -At least one year experience in a similar role In this role your main responsibilities include: -Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices -Create and deliver daily plans and strategies to ensure store individual budgets/targets are achieved -Daily management of stock to minimise out of stocks, stock loss and maximise sales -Manage, support and develop your team to drive performance -Execute manage visual merchandising within the store -Manage and prepare budget reports, rosters, stock take and ordering -Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services -Deal with queries, complaints and feedback from customers -Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales -Maintain awareness of market trends and monitoring competitors -Ensure records of financial transactions are maintained -Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations -Oversee all operational aspects of the store such as stock control rosters The successful candidate will have a passion for the retail sector, be career focused and have solid management qualities.
