Lead a Nation‐Critical Defence Capability Western Australia based (relocation support available) Senior executive leadership role within a nationally significant program Direct contribution to Australia's sovereign nuclear submarine capability ASC is at the forefront of delivering Australia's sovereign submarine capability; an enduring mission central to national security and long‐term strategic readiness. As Australia advances its acquisition of nuclear‐powered submarines, this role sits at the core of a highly complex nuclear sustainment environment. The General Manager – Program Delivery will play a pivotal role in enabling operational readiness and sustaining a capability that is critical to the nation's future defence posture. This is a role defined by scale, complexity and consequence, requiring sound judgement, strategic influence and confident leadership at the highest level. The Opportunity As General Manager – Program Delivery, you will lead the delivery of ASC's nuclear sustainment program, underpinning Australia's readiness for the Submarine Rotational Force – West (SRF‐West). Operating within a highly integrated ecosystem, you will engage across Defence, international partners, and industry stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes in a agile and evolving environment.
