In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join our Metro & Specialised team that’s doubling down on customer obsession! Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers, driving both retention and new-to-bank acquisition
- Deliver integrated financial solutions across lending, deposits and risk management tailored to client needs
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through referral partners and external networks
- Assess credit risk, structure lending proposals and manage portfolio profitability and performance
- Partner with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in business or commercial banking with strong exposure to lending and credit assessment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio through both acquisition and relationship deepening
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis and structuring lending deals
- Established networks and ability to generate new business through referrals and partnerships
