- Prospect to grow your skills in operations, logistics, and scheduling About the role This is more than just an admin position, you will play a key role in supporting both customer service and daily operational coordination. You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
- Assisting with coordination of daily run sheets for drivers
- Maintaining accurate data entry and job records
- Supporting the team with general administration and problem-solving You will also step in to support workforce scheduling when required, including:
- Assisting with planning and coordinating labour and equipment
- Helping identify scheduling gaps, clashes, or downtime
- Communicating with drivers, operators, and supervisors to keep plans on track
- Supporting smooth daily operations by adapting to changing priorities What we’re looking for
- Positive attitude with high personal standards and reliability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident working with data, schedules, and systems Experience is valuable, but motivation, reliability, and attitude are essential. Experience in construction, logistics, or scheduling is highly regarded. Hours (business hours) Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Ready to apply?
