About the role: We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Advisor. This role involves being the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are in top shape and their experience is seamless, working closely with our service department. What you’ll be doing
- Providing exceptional front-line customer service in person and over the phone
- Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
- Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
- Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey About you We’re interested in hearing from people who:
