Building Maintenance Supervisor for Adelaide Metro Area

**What’s involved?**

You will be a part of a team who will be responsible for:

- Performing minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, small wall repairs, simple fixes in common areas).
- Report issues and coordinate with contractors when needed.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with residents and clients.
- Ensure the building and common areas remain in good condition.

There is room to grow within the business, and good results will be rewarded.

**We are currently looking for**: A building maintenance supervisor for a residential building located in Glenelg. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone responsible, proactive, and with basic maintenance skills.

The shifts are Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day, starting at 6:30am, Saturdays
- 4 hrs
