**About the role**: In this role, you'll take on tasks such as:

- Processing Death, Total and Permanent Disablement, Terminal Illness & Income Protection payments
- Communicating sensitive decisions with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Investigating and resolving complex insurance issues
- Supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives

**Remuneration** ASO3
- $67,589 min $72,033 max per annum + 12% Super
