Ict Support Officer (Adelaide)

This is a full-time role that offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. You’ll also have the chance to travel to stores across our network from time to time to provide on-site support.

**About the Role**

Provide first-level technical support to stores and support office teams

Assist with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of hardware and software

Support network systems and cloud environments (Microsoft, Office 365, Google Workspace)

Collaborate with managed service providers and contribute to IT projects across the business

**About You**

You’re an enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new technologies. You’ll bring: A degree or qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

A strong understanding of Microsoft systems, Active Directory, and basic networking principles

Great communication and organisation skills

A customer-focused approach with a willingness to travel when needed
