McMahon Services is seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Manager
- Estimating & Strategy within our Civil & Infrastructure business.

This role is responsible for leading our pre-contracts capability, driving tendering performance, shaping pipeline opportunities and strengthening client engagement across the business.

**About the Role**

This role is accountable for the performance and quality of our estimating function, while providing strategic leadership across tendering, commercial decision-making and opportunity development.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping go/no-go decisions, developing winning strategies, engaging with clients early and ensuring strong handover from tender to delivery.

**What You’ll Lead**
- Lead and develop the estimating team across Civil & Infrastructure opportunities
- Drive tendering strategy, including go/no-go decisions and winning approaches
- Identify and shape pipeline opportunities through early client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client, supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Manage commercial risk, contract review and negotiation processes
- Ensure high-quality tender submissions and effective project handovers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Extensive experience in civil/infrastructure project delivery and estimating
- Proven leadership experience managing estimating or pre-contracts teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including contracts, risk and negotiation
- Experience engaging with clients and contributing to pipeline development
- Ability to drive strategy, performance and continuous improvement
