Right now, we’re looking for a **Business Support Officer** to help us stay on top of things by delivering efficient and effective admin and business support.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing excellent admin and business support across the organisation.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Managing records and documents in line with government policies.
- Keeping financial processes in check, including monitoring invoices and expenditure.
- Handling travel bookings, diary management, and correspondence.
- Liaising with stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
- Supporting HR, Work Health & Safety, and ICT functions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in business support, including HR, finance, and records management using mandated systems.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with experience engaging senior public servants and ministerial staff

**Remuneration**: ASO4, $76,561
- $80,256 per annum + superannuation Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week

**Special Conditions**:

- More than one position, term contract up to 2 years
