Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking an experiencedMembership Coordinatorto join our team, to be based in our Adelaide CBD Support Office.
**About the role**
- Deliver excellent customer service to our members and customers
- Assist our store teams with any member enquiries
- Report on member and customer enquiries and trends
- Assist, develop and update membership policies and procedures
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Full-time or part-time (job share) opportunity available
**About you**
We’re looking for someone with robust communication and people skills, who is thoughtful, organised, and always focused on making every customer interaction a positive experience.
**Your skills, experience and attributes**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar customer experience role
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer focused outlook with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle confidential/sensitive information, issues, or situations.
- Ability to create and manage relationships
- Experience in a membership organisation (advantageous)
