You’ll work closely with staff, students and universities to ensure a positive learning experience and strong clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver education and training to employees across the organisation Facilitate onboarding and mandatory training programs Supervise, mentor and support nursing students on placement Provide clinical guidance, coaching and constructive feedback Support competency development and ongoing staff capability Liaise professionally with universities, students, staff and stakeholders Assist in maintaining education compliance and training records About You You are a passionate and approachable nurse who enjoys supporting others to grow and succeed. You bring strong communication skills, professionalism and a genuine interest in education and mentorship.
