About the role
- Provide high‑quality support to the Claims department by delivering efficient member services and maintaining accurate, accessible claims knowledge via the LivePro system.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and frontline reference materials by translating agreed business processes into clear, practical, and easy‑to‑understand content for Claims teams.
- Partner with Business Analysts and project teams to identify knowledge gaps, changes, and impacts arising from new initiatives, system updates, or process improvements, ensuring timely documentation updates.
- Analyse and report on knowledge management performance, producing insights, trends, and recommendations to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused training, communication, and service improvements, proactively supporting operational readiness and future customer and business needs. About you
- Experience in knowledge or information management, including documenting processes and presenting information in explicit, user‑friendly formats, within complex or regulated environments. Insurance experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong ability to create procedures, work instructions, and training materials, with excellent written and verbal communication, sound problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
- Relevant tertiary studies in knowledge, information, business, or a related discipline are desirable, along with exposure to continuous improvement or process optimisation practices.
- Willingness to support additional tasks aligned to the role and adjust work effort during peak workload periods when required.
